my name is maylie emery and I spend my free time painting, however I am interested in digital art. I don’t spend a lot of my time playing games although when I do they are solo games. I am more interested in the visual aspect of games and animation, not as much the gameplay. what interests me is how a game can be immersive similar to a painting and the visuals can change the entire experience.
I would like to learn more about digital art throughout this course, since I’ve only developed fine art skills

I think a background designer would be an interesting career path since I am passionate about drawing and painting anyway, I pay attention to detail and am creative . However i would need to develop my skills in animation and image editing softwear, as this is a key part of the job.
